Mark has prepared, filed, and prosecuted numerous patent, trademark, and copyright applications. His experience also includes business law issues, such as entity formation, agreements, and licensing. After practicing for 5 years as an attorney in several private law firms, Mark also served as senior patent counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado for 4 years.
